ONLINE SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES OF PEOPLE WITH AUTISM

In this delicate phase of the covid-19 infection containment, families of children with autism are put to the test. In fact in these last days we received numerous requests of support and help from parents who are coping both with the emergnecy and autism all by themselves.

"The situation is extraordinarily serious and complex for everyone, but it is even more serious for those who have a son or daughter with autism - explains Mario Paganessi director of the Foundation - For this reason Oltre il Labirinto has decided to make a small contribution to all these families, providing a telematic support help desk, where Dr. Paola Matussi, our psychologist and family mediator, gives parental psychological assistance via Skype or other online conference platforms"

The service is completely free and offers to families the opportunity to speak with a specialist and receive emotional and psychological support during this complex and long lasting emergency we are experiencing.
